3L has been awesome. The staff has been attentive and pleasant. The facility is always well kept and I have felt totally secure with my stuff. Highly recommended!!

The facilities are clean. When I started leasing a unit there I scheduled automatic payments each month. In the beginning of September my autopay did not clear bank (still don't know why) because of the Labor Day holiday I didn't realize it until the manager of 3 l called and left a voice mail on the 5th of Sept. I called the next day (9/6/17) to pay my account , assuming that I would pay some kind of late fee. and I understood that. However, they had already charged me a $70 fee because my auto pay didn't go through on the first of the month FOR THE FIRST TIME and They had already locked me out of my storage unit and would even discuss the issue except to say I had to pay in full, including the fees before they would unlock my unit. I was upset that day. So I did not pay it. By the time i did go back to pay it they had charged me another $20 additional fee. I paid in full and sent them my email telling them I was cancelling my lease. If I had been late more than once or if I was a couple of weeks late I would understand. But I think they were completely unreasonable and I would never recommend them to anyone. I think 3L is set up to take care of business clients but when it comes to individuals beware, they are there to get money any way they can.

I was looking for a place to store household items and came across 3L storage. Their office was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. I stored items in a unit for about 3 years. On months when things were tight, the staff at 3L always helped anyway they could and were always extremely gracious. If you are looking for a storing facility, I recommend 3L. The hours of operation made it easy to get into my items when needed and they were always really nice. I'm glad I stored with 3L!
