Came into the store with my replacement phone and Kyle helped transfer my messages enjoy though florence supposedly couldn't. Highly suggest this location for all your Sprint needs and wants and dreams.
Was not sure what to expect walking in, Tom was very friendly and helped us find really affordable phones that were actually really nice. Best cell phone store I have ever been in.
Waited in line for 2 hours at florence only to be told they could not help me, went here and talked to Tom, he got it resolved quick and painlessly.
Went in because I was tired of Verizon. I talked to Tom, he is the best salesman I have ever worked with, he told me all about the deals Sprint has and how Sprint coverage is at my house. My old phone was starting to die and he also managed to get the irreplacible pictures of my old dog from my old phone to my new phone even though Verizon said they couldn't. Tom you are the best!
