If you don't have to deal with their customer service, this place is fine.
Sometimes.the lower prices come @a price, so of course, we can all agree check out lines are long, and we must be patient with others, it is the right thing to do. I appreciate the cashiers, they work really hard. Thanks for your fine customer service.
There are many restaurants and fast food joints around. Overall, a great place for your shopping and groceries.
Customer service here is non existent. I went up to the self-checkout and found out that the UPC on one of the items I was purchasing was broken. When I brought this up to the cashier running up there they stated that they couldn't do anything for me even though it wasn't exactly my fault their product was broken. I gave the gentleman several options and how he could fix it and he said no we don't do that anymore which includes the following, ring it up type it in manually enter it or get me one or have somebody else go get me one. These were all rejected. I was told I had to solve the problem. I did, by walking out. This is one of many times this Wal-Mart has been terrible in the customer service area.
I have never been to a Walmart that was this immaculate. Floors spotless clothes were nicely folded and put away in a orderly. Omg the bathrooms yes I am talking about a Walmart. Maybe it's because it 10 minutes from a military base. But this needs to be passed on to the other Walmart stores.
Quite conveniently located and easily visible from I-275 (just about 3-4 minutes once you take the exit). It is open 24 hours, so very good in case you need something urgently. The staff is good and helpful. Haven't found any issues specifically.
Shop here often. For most part they keep stock pretty well , except the real sugar Pepsi products. Seems like they never have it or may have only 1 in stock. Only reason I mention that is because I've watched the Pepsi guy leaving after stocking and there would maybe be 4 packs of real sugar Pepsi there. Really?? I buy two at a time myself , or more if they are on sale, I know I'm not the only one that knows real sugar is healthier than high fructose. So I'm sure , like myself have had to go to a store that actually keeps it in stock.
